The goal of this project was to redevelop the areas that a last mile delivery driver would interact with in their day to day duties. With research conducted with users and online surveys we identified 5 sections to improve. Seating position, rearview mirror, arm rests, and lunch break areas.
All animations were produced in Keyshot by myself with group effort from: Andrew Chartrand, Cole Nielsen, Mitchell Wiley, Constantine-Marios Simatos.

Giving the user extra space to enjoy their lunch break to promote relaxation and recharging throughout their workday.
The tray features a removable section for outdoor use, a heated or cooled cup holder, and a folding phone tray

Analysis
Analysis
Stress analysist was conducted in order to choose the correct support structure to enable folding.
Aluminum rails were added in order to reduce the stress on the end of the tray with extreme weight parameters
